  1. Thank you so much for your recipies!! I have researched the web for knowledge about fermenting veggies and most want you to use these starter ingredients. I was thinking ” do we have to ?”
    Your recipies use only salt, which is what our ancestors used.
    I want to start eating better and this is a great start for me!!
    I am so glad to know we can ferment without whey or other stuff! I wouldnt know where to get it unless I bought it from those websites that say you must use it!!
