    Hello, friends;

    My name is Will, I am from Brooklyn N.Y. I live in Manhattan N.Y. So far my only exp-0erience with fermentation is baking sourdough bread. I had a nice starter I named Slow-Moe. Alas I lost interest and let poor Slow-Moe fade away (R.I.P.).
