    Been fermenting for over 2 years. Mainly sauerkraut, pickles, and Kimchi; both in glass gallon containers and crocks. Interested in other types/methods of fermentation.

    Sounds like you’ve been doing pretty well with your ferments. Hopefully you’ll find some further inspiration. For something different for now, you may want to look into salsas or hot sauces.
