    Very cool Scott! Thanks for sharing that. Reading it makes me realize how little we know about what is actually healthy about a healthy diet. We think it’s all about nutrients and proteins and vitamins, but the interplay between our diets and our micro biome and the impact that has on our health is largely unknown.
